Founded in 2018, Cosby Construction was started in De Soto, KS by Earl Cosby. From a young age, Earl has always had a knack for building things and working with his hands. At 16 years old, he started working as a trim carpenter and in the following years expanded his skill set to include painting.

As the founder and owner of the company, Earl has a profound passion for the artistry of trim carpentry. With an unwavering commitment to transforming spaces into living works of art, the Cosby Construction team seamlessly merges form and function through the intricate details of trim carpentry. This passion was ignited and shaped in Earl's early years, where he spent years observing and working beside skilled craftsmen. Today, that same fervor drives the company's ethos, infusing each project with an unparalleled dedication to precision, creativity, and timeless elegance.

When Earl isn't working, you might find him out running with his dog, Dolly, or spending time outside and at sporting events with his wife, Rebekah, and their three children.
